Important: By downloading, installing, or using the HowTall mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

HowTall is a mobile application designed to help Gen Z users track their height growth journey, predict potential height, complete growth-supporting challenges, and play interactive games. The app offers height tracking, body posture monitoring, exercise guidance, and gamified activities through both free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

HowTall Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year (Most Popular - Save 70%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

HowTall Premium includes:

Unlimited height measurements and tracking
Advanced height prediction algorithm with personalized insights
All interactive games (Jump Challenge, Posture Perfect, Stretch Master, Growth Sprint)
Complete exercise and stretching library
Personalized growth challenges and daily tasks
AI-powered posture correction feedback
Detailed growth analytics and progress charts
Export height data and progress reports
Ad-free experience
Cloud backup and sync across devices
Priority customer support
Early access to new games and features

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find HowTall and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find HowTall and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

HowTall does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate height measurements for tracking purposes
Use the app's exercise and challenge features safely and responsibly
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Keep height data and personal information updated and accurate
Follow proper form and safety guidelines when performing exercises or games
Consult healthcare professionals before starting any new exercise routine
Use posture correction and exercise features at your own risk

8. Health and Medical Disclaimers

Important Health Notice:

HowTall is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice
Height predictions are estimates based on general algorithms and should not be considered medical predictions
The app does not replace professional medical consultation or treatment
Results may vary based on individual genetics, health conditions, and lifestyle factors
Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially for individuals with medical conditions
HowTall cannot guarantee specific height growth results
Height growth is primarily determined by genetics and occurs naturally during developmental years

9. Height Prediction Accuracy

Height prediction features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only:

Predictions are based on statistical models and user-provided data
Accuracy cannot be guaranteed as height is influenced by numerous factors
Predictions should not be used for medical decisions or expectations
Users should understand that actual height may differ from predictions
The app does not claim to influence or change genetic height potential

10. Exercise and Game Safety

Safety Warning:

Users engage in physical activities and games at their own risk
HowTall is not responsible for injuries sustained while using the app's exercise or game features
Users should ensure adequate space and proper equipment when performing exercises
Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
Warm up properly before exercise and cool down afterward
Posture correction features provide guidance but cannot prevent injury
Parents or guardians should supervise minors using physical activity features

11. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Users are responsible for entering accurate height measurements and personal data. HowTall relies on user-provided information for tracking and predictions. The app is not responsible for inaccurate predictions or tracking due to incorrect user input.

12. Age Requirements

HowTall is designed for teenagers and young adults. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the app and subscribing to premium features.

13. Camera and Sensor Access

Some features (like Posture Perfect) may require access to your device's camera and sensors:

Camera access is used solely for posture detection and game features
Images are processed locally on your device and not stored or transmitted
You can revoke camera permissions at any time through device settings
Sensor data (accelerometer, gyroscope) is used for game mechanics and activity tracking

14. User-Generated Content

Users may create personal challenges, notes, and goals within the app:

Users retain ownership of their personal data and content
Users are responsible for the content they create
HowTall reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
Users should not share personal health information in public features

15. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including height data, exercise activity, and app usage analytics.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to HowTall at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

17. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Limitation of Liability

HowTall and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

Injuries sustained during exercise or game activities
Disappointment if actual height differs from predictions
Physical strain or overexertion from challenges
Any health complications arising from app use
Data loss or technical issues

19. No Medical Claims

HowTall does not claim to increase height beyond natural genetic potential. The app provides tools, exercises, and tracking features that may support healthy growth during natural developmental years, primarily through posture improvement, exercise, and lifestyle habits.

20. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, game features, and subscription management. Support does not include medical advice or personalized health consultations.

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
